    Product Suite Lead

    The position:

    In this position, you will be a key lead for operations, scale and clinical and quality improvement excellence and customer/patient engagement. You will oversee a suite of 3-4 product and service lines and will be in charge of refining of our measurable goals. You will lead a small team to deliver and surpass performance expectations. You will work closely with the co-founders, advisors and leadership team. You will be responsible for developing the performance dashboard which we will use routinely to track our business development, partnership success, operational excellence, clinical/quality performance, patient engagement and experience and financial achievements. Given we are a technology firm, you will use digital tools to track, predict our success as well as manage our members.

    We are looking for someone who is ready to work super hard, understands what playing for the long game is about and is excited to be part of a startup where she/he will function at the intersection of strategy/operations/business development/member engagement and experience and clinical and quality improvement. We are looking for someone who understands how to execute with a focus on granular detail yet gets the ‘big picture’, takes initiative and is willing to consistently problem-solve instead of waiting to be told what to do. We can’t over-emphasize how much we are looking for proactive people – who see the problems and surface them while trying to address them, if they can, people who are not afraid to bring up new ideas, who recognize that there is data in everything and that data needs to be shared transparently.     Responsibilities

    • Manage 3-4 critical product and service lines including iteration on the strategy with ownership of the execution model, oversight of the team and achievement of the performance results including member experience, partnerships, financial results.
    • Drive our membership growth through execution of our strategies
    • Test different models for member engagement and experience
    • Oversee the integration of behavioural science efforts into driving engagement
    • Lead our partnerships with experts to ensure evidence-based medicine
    • Drive our business development efforts
    • Project manage all aspects of the technology and touch model
    • Contribute to a data-driven culture of real-time learning, feedback and rapid iteration
    • Recruit, manage and support team members including development of training programs
    • Support policy manual and compliance refinement efforts
    • This position is located in Lagos, Nigeria

    Requirements

    • Clinical degree preferred such as MD/MBBS/RN/ MSN etc
    • Master degree such as MBA, MPH. MPA, MHA , Masters in HIT preferred
    • 7-10+ years of experience with demonstrated results
    • If you don’t have a clinical background but have a technology or operations background and an interest in healthcare and have a history of executing with results – then we want to hear from you.
    • Demonstration of your operational expertise and strategic thinking
    • You have top notch communication and presentation skills and experience building partner relationships and
    • You have an exceedingly high work ethic, focus on the details while still being able to see the vision and have experience with project management and workflows, performance dashboards and accountability
    • You have experience of or are willing to learn how to work with technology-based processes for project management and communication in a technology firm
