Job Description
To provide consultation to clients on the business needs and elicitate by translating those needs into analytical business requirement specification.

Key responsibility will include:

•     Administers and reports outcome of customer surveys:
•     maintaining the computerized customers satisfaction survey information systems, providing management information on the outcomes of the satisfaction surveys; contributing to the development of action plans by identifying areas of success and under performance in conformity with the company’s tending Project to inform future project development decisions.
•     Documentation of organizational & process requirement’ for assigned projects or enhancements, including
•     work flow, Standard Operating Manuals, and communicate them to stakeholders.
•     Identify stakeholders. analyze business requirements, and develop business requirement specification documentation for solution/customization development.
•     Articulation of envisioned scenario for substandard processes/improvement opportunities and documentation of approval for changes.
•     Documentation/mapping of new processes (using optima, Use cases and Microsoft vision mapping tool).
•     Review of Business Development Units Products process improvement proposals and documentation of report.

Key Requirements

•     A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other related discipline.
•     Professional Qualifications like CBAP will be an added advantage.
•     A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related job function.
•     General ICT experience especially in Software Solutions, Operations, Marketing or Support Service Unit.
