Job Description

• Define and implement local operational processes and procedures
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns and events
• Onboard new drivers to Waka247's platform
• Train & monitor drivers to ensure quality service
• Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
• Strategically map-out, plan, and manage number of drivers needed
• Analyze and maintain operational data
• Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work
• Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
• Contribute to waka247 blog and social media post

Requirements

• Have previous experience in product launches or running a business tech business, transport industry, startup a strong plus
• Be great at sales (cold-calling, F2F, negotiations)
• A data-driven analytical mindset (Excel skills)
• Be a go getter
• Have OND/HND in any course or analytical subject
• Be passionate about new technologies and ridesharing.
• Fluent in Hausa and English language
• Strong IT/ Analytical skills
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
• Experience developing and modelling human resources
• Adept problem solver and decision maker
• Excellent communicator both orally and written
• Respectful of deadlines
