Summary:
Responsible for management, sales, marketing, valuation and project feasibility of company’s portfolio and take active part in the firm's general practice, including routine and detailed inspections for various purposes, reports to the Principal Partner
Responsibilities:
Following up on new business opportunities.
Negotiating and closing business deals.
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Meeting and exceeding all set targets.
Identify, source and collate asset and match with client requirements.
Conduct viewings, handle negotiations, facilitate exchange of contracts and all transactional documents.
Effective management of real estate assets for value maximization.
Advising clients on the best use of properties.
Compiling weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on all marketing/sales activities.
Leasing and sales of properties under company management.
Carry out inspections on all company properties.
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Estate Management and other related field.
At least 1-2 years experience in real estate brokerage and investment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be computer literate.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must have a good ability to develop and sustain relationship with clients.
Must reside in Lagos.
