• Function: Health Assessment
• Location: Maidaguri and surrounding areas (Damboa, Kukuwa, Konduga, Rann, Dikwa)

Context

• A Rapid Health Assessment is to be conducted, to understand what gaps and needs the population has for health and nutrition services.

General Responsibilities

• To be in charge of household, health facility and local leader data collection; including conducting focus groups, interviews and conducting household surveys
• Must strictly follow Tdh safety rules.
• Ensures compliance with administrative and logistical rules

Skills and Qualities of Person:

• Ability to communicate with people, use a mobile phone and read and write English to a high level, ability to network and bulid rapoort with people without judgement
• To be from Borno state
• Languages: English and the local language in Maidaguri
• Preferably have worked in a similar capacity before
• Attention to detail, reliable and trustworthy.
