- deep knowledge of standard procedures in construction
- capacity for technical thinking and solution focus
- strong ability to detail elements and components
- passion for research on new challenges
- strong documentation capacity
- design conception and resolution skills (start to finish)
- Software Use (+internet savvy): AutoCAD and MS Office (word and excel most especially), Corel Draw
Qualification
- B.Sc/HND Architecture
- Not less than 32 years
- 3 years veritable hands-on Cognate Experience
