Anti-Fraud Investigation Agent at Transsnet Financial

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and optimizing the internal and external policies and procedures of anti-fraud;
• Assist in completing the project requirements assessment, on-line testing, and issue anti-fraud strategy opinions;
• Assist in the establishment and completion of the internal policies;
• Assist in completing the operation process optimization of online merchants and sales, and revise the policy of punishment for violation of regulations;
• Study the characteristics of various types of fraud risks through the analysis of cases and contracts, and put forward preventive measures and suggestions for improvement;
• Propose the optimization plan for anti-fraud work process and standardization, assist in establishing and improving the anti-fraud investigation work system, improve and optimize the fraud risk prevention system.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in banks or financial Institutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with "Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook".
• Typing speed of 45wpm or above
