Catering Trainer
Requirements
Catering Trainer Applicants should possess the following:
1. Level 3 City and Guilds Certificate in catering
2. Teaching and Training Qualification
3. Computer Literacy Qualification
4. Other Food and Hospitality Qualifications
Candidates must possess capacity to teach in accordance with the syllabus and standards of the City and Guild (london) especially in the following areas:
1. Food Preparation and Culinary arts - 7065
2. Food and Beverages Service - 7066
3. Receptions Operations and services - 7067
B. We also have vacancies for Camp Bosses, Chefs and Cooks
1. Level II City and Guilds certificate or equivalent
2. OND/HND in Hotel Management or Related field of study
3. At least 5 years experience in continental and national menu etc
