The candidate must have at least a HND or first degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years cognate site work experience and must be ready to work under a busy and flexible time table. Membership of the institue of Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.

The candidate must be dynamic, result oriented, organised, focused and articulate and must have a degree in Esate Management or related field. The candidate must also have experience in facility management and must be able to relate with expatriates.

The candidate must have at least a waec certificate and must be clean and healthy with valid drivers license. The candidate must also have at least 10 years driving experience and a good knowledge of Lagos roads
