Job Description :
- Activate Clients subscription services
- Manage CRM software, Excel modules and templates
- Liase between sales, marketing & finance department
- Provide in depth reports required by management & HODs
- Manage Existing customers and to make sure to attend every concern and query and resolve it in stipulated time period.
- anage SMS marketing & eMailer Campiagn.
- Design & Develop Basic HTML Info website.
- Should be able to manage multiple website that includes hosting, domains, content updating, CSS and layout management.
- Activate, Manage & Support existing and new subscriptions of clients.

Experience:
- At least 1 year experience as a webmaster preferably in software / IT Industry

Skills Required
- Good understanding of technicalities of website hosting, management and online banner advertisement properties.
- Desired expertise in HTML / DHTML, Java Script, VB Script, CSS, Web hosting, Domain management
- Good understanding of Internet search engines and techno marketing background.
- Php, My SQL knowledge would be desirable but not mandatory
- CMS knowledge on joomla, drupal would be an added advantage.

Qualification: Any graduate, Preferably in Computer / Information Technology background.
