We are currently on the lookout for bright, ambitious and talented Nigerian graduates for the positions of Brewers and Engineers in our organisation as follows: 
     
    Trainee Brewer/Trainee Engineer

    These positions are an integral part of the NB PIc Graduate Management Development Scheme, targeted at young, bright, ambitious and talented Nigerian graduates who desire a career in a world class environment. 
     
    REQUIREMENTS 
    For both positions, candidates who are successful after a highly competitive selection process will undergo a residential modular programme involving formal training and on-the-job attachements for 12 months. At the end of the training, successful candidates will be considered for management positions in the company. The ideal candidates must not be older than thirty (30) years as at 30th of Apri1 2011 and should possess the following qualifications: 
     
    For Trainee Brewer: 

    Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE/ including Maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects. 
    NYSC Discharge Certificate. 
    Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) University degree, in any of the listed courses: 
    •             Microbiology 
    •             Biochemistry 
    •             Chemical Engineering 
    •             Industrial Chemistry 
    •             Chemistry 
    •             Food Science & Technology 
     
    For Trainee Engineer: 

    Five (5) credit grades in W ASC/GCE/SSCE/ including Maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects. 
    NYSC Discharge Certificate. 
    Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) University degree, in any of the listed courses: 
    •             Mechanical Engineering 
    •             Production Engineering 
    •             Industrial Engineering 
     
    Possession of a Masters' degree in a related field will be an added advantage. Ability to work with basic Microsoft computer applications e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point etc. combined with a willingness to work in any part of Nigeria. Personal initiative and drive are also desirable.
