    Job Description

    Responsibilities & tasks

    • Managing multiple sites & Networks, Cyberroam Firewall, VPN connectivity to HQ.
    • Hands-on experience in Avaya Server & Systems configuration & Support.
    • Hands-on experience in Bio Metric Attendance system, Door Access Security and CCTV Cameras management.
    • IT Asset Management
    • L1 support to end users & team lead.
    • Periodic reporting & L1 decision maker.
    • Vendor coordination including ISP.
