    Company Secretary/Legal Adviser

    Job Description

    • A smart, energetic and reliable lawyer with in-house experience in downstream sector to fill the vacant position of a Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.

    Requirements

    • A good grade from both University and Nigerian Law School
    • An LLM or Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators qualification is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years post call experience,
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools and the internet.
    • Excellent communication (written and Oral) skills.

    Job Description
