  • Our client is a dynamic real estate development firm currently executing key housing projects In Logos State. Following projected growth and
    emerging opportunities, the need has arisen for experienced professionals with drive and tenacity to fill the following position:

    Senior Project Manager

    Requirements
    • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Building Construction
    • Membership of COREN
    • 10 years hands-on experience in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering
    • Project Management Professional Certificate Skills
    • Ability to supervise medium to large scale construction projects
    • Familiarity with Project Management Software
    • Ability to manage project costs, quality, duration and specifications
    Interested candidate must be
    • Ready to discuss and present portfolio of projects worked on
    • Lagos resident
