    Qualifications

    • B.Sc/HND in Engineering and/or Marketing
    • Must have reputable professional certification in related function and industry
    • Minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience with large project experience in Construction, Oil and Power Industries
    • Proficiency in MS Office, advance use of MS Excel; Familiar with ERP Solutions and with competencies in Project Management, Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting

    Personal qualities

    • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
    • Knowledgeable in contractual matters and formulating correspondence
    • Ability to use appropriate techniques for recording and documentation of information including registration of interest, preparation of bills of quantities and analysis of tenders

    Civil Engineer

    Overview:

    We are currently working with a Leading E&P company looking to expand its production team within its West African operation platforms. 

    Role Responsibilities

    • Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
    • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
    • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
    • Assess potential risks, materials and costs
    • Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
    • Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
    • Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
    • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
    • Review, Comment and Approve all suggestions of contractor - Document and File
    • Monitor and inspect and mechanical erection / installation/commissioning activities of the Contractor with regards to progress, compliance with the Contract and applicable codes/standards, quality, safety and environmental acceptance.
    • Review and approve site related design/ engineering matters submitted by the Contractor’
    •  Review and approve the proposed test procedures for materials/equipment/plant to be tested on Site by the Contractor
    •  Site coordination meetings with the Contractor and the monthly progress review meeting.
    • Prepare the regular Site progress reports for the respective part as required by the Project/Site Manager (weekly and monthly).
    • Maintain records for the mechanical part of contractual claims and variations by either the Contractor or the Employer including the necessary evidence.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates must have at least 10 years within the Oil and Gas Sector in Civil Engineering.
    • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
    • Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
    • Project management and supervision skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • BS/MA in Civil Engineering

    Technical & Sub-surface Manager

    Overview:

    We are currently working with an E&P operating within the Nigerian oil and gas sector for an urgent search for experienced Technical & Subsurface Manager to join its sub-surface team as soon as possible. 

    Role Responsibilities

    • Manage all sub-surface activities through completion and start-up, and lead integrate sub-surface/surface studies.  
    • Ensure reservoirs are optimally managed to meet current and future production plans 
    • Acquisition, deployment and optimization of subsurface technologies and tools
    • Ensure that a healthy and fit-for-purpose sub-surface skill pool/ talent pool is in place
    • Maintain Sub-Surface Development Services, both for the function and for Exploration as required
    • Lead Wells Engineering and Drilling community in the company and provide governance in issues related to Wells Engineering and Drilling activities in the corporation.  .

    Qualifications

    • PHD in Petroleum Engineering will be an added advantage.
    • B.Sc. level or equivalent in Petroleum Engineering or similar discipline, with at least 15 years of experience having 10years with an operator.
    • Previous technical experience working with both operated and non-operated asset teams
