    Production Supervisor

    Job Purpose

    The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading  the subordinates in the production facility and for ensuring that all material produced meets customer requirements.

    Description

    • Supervise, co-ordinate and daily schedule the activities of workers and temp workers to ensure orders can be completed meeting customers & inter departmental requirements.
    • Conduct and document daily workplace walks; inspect product quality; observe for unsafe acts and unsafe conditions; and resolve workers and safety concerns and problems Manage and develop production employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost.
    • Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained.
    • Develop and implement continuous improvement within departmental employees' performance through regular feedback, coaching and training.
    • Liaisons with third party contractors and suppliers to meet Plant equipment and/or repair needs.
    • Review, analyze and make recommendations regarding safety, environmental performance, quality, expenses, productivity, and customer feedback.
    • Report all accidents/incidents promptly, conduct investigation & act on recommendations.
    • Work with department members on scheduling production, labor, maintenance and project work in their respective operating areas.

    Job Specification:

    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Previous production or manufacturing engineering experience preferred
    • Prior Lean environment experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of the expectations associated with leading a production team

    Compression Management Technician

    Reports To: COO

    Job Summary

    The CMT would be responsible for management of all processes in a Control Room.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Read and interpret diagrams and schematic drawings and related technical information to determine work procedures;
    • Perform the assembly, installation, inspection, maintenance, repair and overhaul of  compression equipment;
    • Complete ignition analysis, fuel, air, exhaust and engine management systems testing, fault diagnoses and repair;
    • Complete reciprocating and rotating machinery analysis to determine equipment condition, prediction to failure, corrective and preventative measures, and equipment performance to design intent;
    • Perform visual walk-around inspections to determine the external conditions and obvious operational or safety issues;
    • Use a variety of electrical, mechanical and specialty diagnostic test equipment to diagnose problems and adjust engine systems;
    • Provide preventative and corrective field mechanical services on the compression, processing and production equipment on-site at the facility

    Logisrtics Coordinator

    Reports To: COO

    Job Summary

    The logistics coordinator is responsible for developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the Company purchasing function to include, but not limited to, ensuring equipment and supplies are procured timely, at the lowest cost and highest quality level.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Process export and import documents Preparation of logistics plans to support all relevant operations within the programme or project;
    • Coordination of the payment of all logistics staff under direct supervision;
    • Maintenance of equipments inventory;
    • Responsible for ensuring vendors meet or exceed quality requirements established by the Company for products or services.
    • Management of programme and project transport requirements; assign duties to drivers ensuring timely services, issuing fuel, recording log-books and maintenance and repair/recovery of vehicles;
    • Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
    • Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
    • Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.
    • Reviews expediting schedules on all customer orders. Obtains and forwards information to planning and sales teams

    Production Spares Inventory Management Officer

    Reports To: Logistics Coordinator

    Job Summary

    The job holder will maintain accurate inventory for the client and the company.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for receiving and recording new stock as it comes in and move stock onto trucks or shelves as needed.
    • Monitoring stock levels at the warehouse and ensuring replenishment as at when due.
    • Maintaining a good working relationship with suppliers by effective communication.
    • Responsible for managing inventory documentation.
    • Accurately record the quality, quantity, type, style, and any other characteristics of the inventory.
