    Lead Analyst, Finance

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    You will be responsible for supporting FP&A team the critical analysis and understanding of the financial performance of GE FZE. Provide financial support for programs/functions by performing financial results, reviews, planning and forecasting of the financials, Participating in assigned projects, and providing financial solutions & budget controls.

    Essential Responsibilities:    
    o Provide detailed financial analysis and strong support to a startup, $250MM Multimodal Project in Nigeria - Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, including comparison of financial estimates vs. budgets and related risks and opportunities.
    o Drive effective cross P&L engagement, providing up to date progress reports to the Project key stakeholders and nurturing an inclusive atmosphere.
    o Work with the IT department in scoping appropriate ERP for the multimodal project , ensuring effective implementation , deployment and stabilization for a multimodal operation
    o Lead Toll Gate Review , ensuring tracking and full execution of Toll Gate activities, working along with multiple stakeholders
    o Manage GE processes with Global Operations Enterprise Standard Leaders, drive controllership awareness and processes through Operations Team and ensure full compliance.
    o Support local supplier qualification efforts
    o Perform special analysis as required and recommend solutions to complex business issues.
    o Develop estimates and participating in operating plans, forecasts, reviews, reports (GAAP), Growth Playbook (3-year plan) and SII (1-year plan)
    o Develop and manage practical , compliant and lean processes, establish financial policies & procedures for the business, as required.
    o Participate with counterparts across the world in developing common tools and harmonizing analytics
    o Perform internal and external audits and ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across operations. Support quarterly/yearly closing processes, and manage incidental business planning processes.

    Qualifications/Requirements:    
    o Strong industry knowledge and contacts coupled with knowledge of controllership, accounting, and manufacturing issues
    o Strong operational background with ability to link operations to Finance
    o Prior experience working within a multi-business Finance organization is an advantage.
    o Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
    o Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    Service Delivery Leader is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of WCA LCT’s service delivery strategy to a) delight our customers, b) meet or exceed the LCT’s quality and service delivery performance metrics, and c) drive continuous improvement efforts and actions for and with the LCT’s field engineer and service delivery teams.

    Regional Field Services Manager

    Role Summary/Purpose:    

    The Regional Field Services manager is responsible for the management of all field service operations for Subsea Services in Nigeria. Managing the resource identification, training, competence, deployment and delivery of effective field service solutions to our customers.

    Essential Responsibilities:    

    Reporting to the Global Field Service Leader and Regional Manager, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy. He/she will be responsible for:

    - Driving a strong EHS, Quality and Compliance culture within the team. Ensuring effective systems of work are implemented, reviewed and improved. Drive positive behavior and encourage an open reporting and learning environment.
    - Supporting adjacent functions including Sourcing, Sales and Invitation to Order (ITO) during the services tendering and order hand over phases, to ensure contractual commitments are understood and carried out effectively.
    - Drive a Field Service team operating rhythm – including but not limited to EHS, Quality, OTD, finance and productivity – to drive effective performance optimization and monitoring which includes managing and reporting functional business.
    - Manage the functional cost budgeting and is responsible for spend performance.
    - Manage the Field Service team+ competence through recording, assessment and training programs
    - Promote employee development & career progression through the GE Oil and Gas organization. Create and manage functional succession plans. Ensuring annual Employee management System (EMS) participation is thorough and timely.
    - Manage Field Service development and investment plans that supports expansion, new capability, and efficiency and capacity improvements.

    Qualifications/Requirements:    

    - B.Sc/B.Eng. or preferably M.Sc/M.Eng in a relevant course
    - EHS and Quality management systems proficient
    - 10-15 years key experience in Management and Technical/Field service.
    - PC Literate: Word, Excel, Wells, Power point, Primavera RMT
    - Willingness and ability to travel, up to 40%
    - Strong oral and written communication skills
    - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    - Ability to effectively perform & contribute in a matrix team environment
    - Knowledge of products and processes for customer requirements, and budgeting / financial processes.
    - Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    - 6 Sigma, Lean and continues improvement champion

    Role Summary/Purpose:
