Job decsription

• To manage the debt portfolio in accordance with legislation and company policy
• To provide accurate information to assist with the correct billing and collection of these functions
• Liaise with finance department on customers owing the organization.
• Complete financial reconciliation’s as required.
• To produce system reports to assist with the recovery of all debts outstanding.
• Maintain the computer based information systems on all activities
• Deal with a wide range of correspondence ensuring customers receive proper notice of any court action, adjournments and payment arrangements
• Ensure cash is allocated correctly and deal with tracing missing payments.

Requirment 

• Must have a degree in Law.
• Must have at least 2-3 years experience.
• Experience in dept recovery will be an added advantange.
