    Sales Manager - Radiology

    Job Description
    Key Accountabilities:

    • Manage assigned franchises to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate Objectives.
    • Establishing and managing effective programs to coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
    • Manage existing clients and recruiting new clients.
    • Managing personnel and developing sales and sales support staff.
    • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
    • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
    • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
    • Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
    • Collaborates with Business Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
    • Interprets short- and long-term effects of sales strategies in operating profit.
    • Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
    • Collaborates with Business Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
    • Reports directly to Business Manager.
    • Develop a strong sales culture and create machineries to ensure seamless communication within the team
    • Ensure on time and accurate sales reporting is achieved and provided to the Business Manager in line with expectation.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Medical Sciences.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
    • Experience in managing sales people
    • Possession of other relevant professional Certifications where applicable
    • Strong verbal, written, and presentational communication skills.
    • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
    • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
    • Customer management especially B2B and Government
    • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships relevant to the business
    • Attend industry functions such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and trends.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant developmental & educational programs as required, and reviewing Clinical bulletins.
    • The position requires 50% or more travel within Nigeria.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and team environment. Communicates openly with team members and internal staff.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Honesty, integrity and excellent work ethic.
    • Possession of an MBA degree is an added material.

    Accounts Development Executive (Sales & Marketing Executive)

    Job Description

    • Promoting the JNC range of products to doctors in assigned location.
    • Tender business and Key accounts management
    • Organize and manage PR activities with the aim of improving our relationship with customers

    • In-depth and extensive experience in retail selling in and around the medical device sector.

    Clinical Applications Trainer - Olympus (Endoscopy)

    Key Accountabilities

    • Clinical Training and Application support
    • Equipment optimization to clearly show superior product quality, features and benefits versus competition products.
    • Value added resource to build Olympus and JNC brand image
    • Competitive intelligence and data gathering report from the field.
    • Increase product usage at existing customer sites and expand customer base through clinical education of new users and a broadening clinical application.
    • Help to ensure customers are able to independently, safely and efficiently operate the Olympus systems thereby fully utilizing their capabilities.

    Other key roles will include:

    • Assist with training new and existing sales staff on all product and clinical aspects of the Olympus systems, provide summary of trainings and ensure follow up as needed.
    • Provide clinical expertise to help ensure that the Olympus systems become the standard within the end users.
    • Visit customers, identify and train clinical champions and establish relationship with key decision makers.
    • Provide product feedback to sales and marketing including customer feedback on product enhancement, service and policies through direct feedback as well as demonstration assessments and competitive developments.
    • Resolve customer clinical concerns through accurate and timely investigations and partner with sales and marketing team to develop solutions.
    • Conduct workshops, educational meetings and presentations.
    • Develop training materials
    • Assist with the development of downstream marketing materials
    • Initial and ongoing clinical interpretation training
    • Help to identify product champions and KOLs.
    • Help support clinical demonstrations and evaluations.
    • Provide conference and exhibition support.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences or Nursing. (consideration may be given to individuals with significant relevant experience without a Bachelor’s degree)
    • Relevant certificates and credentials are necessary
    • 5 to 8 years of industry related experience preferably in surgical devices & Endoscopy.
    • Clinical experience in the operating theatre environment is highly desired.
    • Experience in training and development of clinical education and training programmers with ability to also present to a large group of industry professionals.
    • Excellent communication, time management and relationship building skills required.
    • Must maintain honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics.
    • Microsoft office skills are required.
    • Up to 60% outstation travel is required.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for sales and marketing of the Olympus medical equipment nationwide.
    • Ensure the profitability and continued growth of the Olympus range of products by innovating product offerings to customers
    • Making accurate, comprehensive product offerings to customers.
    • Work with the sales operations team by providing accurate and comprehensive product specifications for quotations.
    • Follow-up on clients for quotations sent.
    • Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
    • To train employees on the Olympus range of products to assist in optimising sales and customer satisfaction.
    • To analyse current market trend related to the Olympus business range of products and ensure marketability.
    • To discover best resources to market products, attend industry conventions and events, and contribute to related professional organisations.
    • Organise product demonstrations and workshops for clients and end-users on regular basis.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by interacting directly with customers to improve the product and understand the customers’ needs and products future direction.
    • This includes attending client meetings to sell the product and understand potential limitations of the product.
    • Oversee product life cycle; including overseeing product financial budgets, promotional spending, etc to ensure maximum profitability.
