    Estate Surveyor & Valuer
     
    Qualification:
        B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
        Must be able to drive with a Valid Drivers License.
        Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market.
        Must be computer literate.
        Good marketing and communication skills.
        Professional qualification - ANIVS will be an added advantage.
     
    Requirements:

        For the Management Department, candidates must have experience in the management of commercial and residential properties
        For the Agency Department, candidates must have flair for sales and letting of properties.

    Pupil Estate Surveyor
     
    Qualification:
        - B.sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2years cognate experience.
        - Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers License.
        - Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market.
        - Good marketing and communication skills.

    Estate Officer
     
    Qualification:
        - OND holder from a reputable institution in Nigeria
        - Resident in Lagos
        - Good communication and marketing skills.
