    HR Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily HR  work for the group (both at corporate HR level and at Locations)
    • Assist in the recruitment, placement and confirmation of new employees .
    • Supervise and monitor on the job training  of staff including offering guidance for improved performance
    • Oversee and supervise the implementation of the Group’s Compensation and Benefits policy
    • Oversee and monitor the observance of the Company’s policies, rules and regulation
    • Educate staff on the provisions of the staff handbook, collective agreement and applicable labour laws, and ensure that staff conform to the organization’s culture
    • Oversee and Supervise staff exit procedure including the computation of full and final benefits/severance pay
    • Oversee, coordinate the facilitation of training/ workshops
    • Oversee and supervise the process of Performance Appraisal
    • Monitor attendance and act on any observed irregularity
    • Render  weekly reports to immediate superior
    • Confer with other functional heads with a view to understanding and adhering to the company’s HR policies
    • Interface/mediate between Management and staff on employee-related issues
    • Participate in dialogue with affiliate labour unions in industrial relations issues and resolution of industrial disputed/conflicts with affiliate unions.
    • Participate in the resolution of industrial disputes/conflicts with affiliate unions
    • Participate in negotiation of agreement with affiliate unions (in-house and national)
    • Represent the Company on labour/industrial relations seminars
    • Monitor and report developments in the country with specific regard to HR/labour related issues.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Qualification:  BSc. minimum
    • Experience : minimum 10 years and above

    Sales Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • As a field sales executive, you are expected to manage sales-productivity to effectively tracks your selling activities
    • To manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients
    • To schedule your visits with clients for sales within your sales territory
    • You need to deliver sales presentations and collect information about the client to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase your chances of completing a sale.
    • To be an effective sales field representative, you  need to demonstrate commanding knowledge of your target customers, existing competitors in the marketplace and industry trends that may impact a buying decision
    • In addition to these duties, you need to  maintain a regular calling or contact schedule with companies to identify more leads or resolve any problems that arise in existing client accounts
    • Once you have secured a client deal, you need to  ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with training and installation, and managing the relationship of the client with your company or manufacturer.
    • Must have a thorough understanding of car financing, to advise customers on loans or prepare financial documents for customers to sign.
    • To suggest Sales Manager if any improvements to be made in work environment which will suit to customer's need and improve business.
    • To update knowledge about vehicle models, sales trend and other environments.  
    • To maintain cordial relationship with customers for reference and future bookings.
    • To follow up customers from booking till delivery. 
    • To make timely arrangement to send vehicle for demonstration at customers' door step as committed.
    • To take accountability for the best contribution of overall growth of sales through field sales performance.
    • Any other assigned duties by HOD.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose  Engine power performance
    • Handle Gear box system, repair of steering column and fixing  
    • Repair vehicle suspension system
    • Remove engine and re-fixing ;
    • Repair brake system, injector in
    • Cylinder engine  
    • Use GDS for diagnosis and repair;
    • To prepare estimation 
    • Rectify vehicle over heating
    • Replace timing belt and to verify all works  done with fender cover to protect the body 
    • Diagnose electrical fault.

    • Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling.
    • Ability to use basic tools of the automotive trade.

    Service Advisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet the customer on their arrival to workshop.
    • Check whether appointment or walk in customer
    • Listen carefully and to list out all the nature of concerns related to vehicle along with service particulars in job cards
    • Conduct test drive if necessary
    • Prepare job card, to explain customer nature of work to be done along with estimate of bill for the work to be carried out along with estimated delivery date and time and to collect signature of the customer in the job card.
    • Ensure address and contact details of customer before preparing job card
    • Hand over the vehicle and Job card to w/s and explain the repair / service and requirement of customer if any specifically to Workshop supervisor and to follow up till job completes.
    • Any other duties assigned

    Responsibilities:

    • Arrange payment plans, and inform the customer of warranties, rebates, interest rates and other financial aspects of owning a car.
    • Handle dealership’s book keeping.
