    1. Estate Surveyors and Valuers
    - BSc in Estate Management Second Class Honors (Upper Division) or First Class Honors.

    2. Plant and Machinery Valuers
    - BSc Mechanical Engineering (Plant Option) Second Class Honors (Upper Division) or First Class Honors

    3. Accounts Officer
    - BSc Accounting or Finance Second Class Honors Upper Division or First Class Honors

    4. IT Technical Support Officer
    - BSc Computer Science/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering. Relevant certifications and membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.

    5. Front Desk Officer
    - BSc Mass Communication or any other Social Sciences, Second Class Honors (Upper Division) or First Class Honors
