    The successful candidate will be a member of the executive management team supervising procurement, customer service, operations and outsourced services and playing a leading role in acquiring resources and co-ordinating the efforts of team members as well as third party contractors in ensuring clients are served better. Must be able to drive staff efficiency and productivity.

    Skills and competencies

    • At least 10 years hands on experience in an operations management related role with 5 years in a supervisory role.

    Skills and competencies
