    Project Manager
    - BSc or HND in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering
    - MBA and/or certificate in Project Management
    - At least 10 years cognate experience in project management
    - Experience in dealngs with titles and approval matters
    - Computer literacy
    - Not more than 45 years of age.
