    Our client, a leading Bank in Nigeria with international pedigree and proven track record in delivering quality service to her customers is on a quest to extend her current reach nationwide and has engaged the services of Workforce Management Centre to recruit and manage staff for the following positions:

    Direct Sales Agents [WOGA/12/01]
    Will be responsible for selling the bank's products to new customers within specific locations.

    Competency Requirements
    - BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning
    - Age must not be more than 35 years
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Must have good sales ability
    - Must have good numeric ability
    - Must be self motivated to embark on sales initiatives
    - Must have proven integrity

    Personal Banker [WOGA/12/02]
    Will be responsible for the provision of efficient and technical personal banking services and support to a portfolio of branch based clients.

    Competency Requirements
    - BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning
    - Age between 27 - 40
    - Must possess good sales and service skills
    - Must have the ability to provide customers with basic day-to-day services
    - Must possess the ability to initiate customer feedback/satisfaction
    - Must be sociable and possess good planning, problem solving and decision making skills.

    Business  Banker [WOGA/12/03]
    Will be responsible for the management of portfolios as well as requests and queries from business clients

    Competency Requirements
    - BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning
    - Age between 27 - 40
    - Must possess excellent communication skills
    - Must possess the ability to explain complex information clearly with simplicity
    - Must possess good sales and negotiation skills
    - An understanding of financial products is key
    - Must possess adequate computer skills
    - Must have numeric skills
    - Must be self motivated in meeting targets
    - Must rate high on integrity grounds
    - Must have the ability to pay attention to details
    - Ability to analyze and research information
