    ADMIN / HR MANAGER

    KEY RESPONSIBILIES:

    • Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
    • Designing and implementing HR system and policies
    • Developing marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster understanding and positive attitude toward organizational objectives
    • Maintaining records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
    • Coordinating all internal and external correspondence
    • Overseeing the administrative department
    • Managing employee documentation administration and ensure efficiency of database maintenance
    • Managing employee compensation and benefits/entitlements administration process
    • Managing employee welfare programme
    • Managing employee disciplinary and grievance procedures 
    • Oversee payroll administration process and manage staff loan administration in an efficient manner
    • Analyzing training needs to ensure employee development
    • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
    • Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee disengagement
    • Managing staff ad-hoc request
    • Any other duty as required by the supervisor

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of Masters Degree with a minimum of 2nd class in Administration Marketing, Insurance or any other relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Administration or Human Resource.
    • Professional qualifications in marketing or management will be an advantage
    • HMO Experience is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage
    • Excellent selling and customer relationship skills
    • Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language
    • Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network
    • Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders
