    Relationship Manager - Priority

    Job Description
    To acquire, deepen and grow Priority Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management. Focusing especially on the analysis and satisfaction of Priority customer’s personal finance and investment needs.
    * Achieve branch overall profitability target
    * Actively grow the Priority & International Banking segment through New to Bank customer acquisition
    * Implement and execute regular sales activities to generate business for the segment
    * Increase customer satisfaction and service quality as per established standards
    * Lead generation through organised sales presentations to groups and organisations
    * Solicit referrals from other parts of the group as well as business referrals to other  business units
    * Maintain excellent customer experience and grow customer loyalty
    * Portfolio growth
    * Grow product holdings per customer
    * Grow the number of customers signed on to alternate channels
    * Resolve customer complaints within the expected time frame

    Qualifications
    • Minimum of a 2nd Class degree in a relevant course.
    • 4-6 years sales experience in a similar role
    • Strong sales and relationship management skills
    • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
    • Role holder is expected to have some knowledge and experience in offering a range of products to meet customers’ needs but is unlikely to have the full knowledge and experience to offer all Consumer banking products.

    Relationship Manager - Commercial Clients

    Job Description

    • Directly work with customers to secure new business relationships, through referrals and different Sales Channels, via the analyses of their needs and provision of CC products and services.
    • Grow share of Clients portfolio size by deepening existing Clients’ relationships
    • Analyses and reviews quality of potential business to ensure maximum profitability.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all actual and attempted customer interactions.
    • Liaise and provide leadership in areas of expertise, particularly in the provision of products and services to customers after identification of their needs.
    • May be requested to co-ordinate Country or Regional initiatives within CC team.
    • Provide feedback to Senior Management, Marketing and Product management on customers’ needs and the efficiency of marketing strategies and tactics.

     Head, ME Segment on issues to CC customers
     Branch departmental and T&O Managers and staff for CC customers' account opening, servicing and administration

    1. Customers
    1. Revenues, Asset and  Liabilities of CC Banking business at Country and Regional level.
    2. Image and reputation of Department and the Bank.

    Manager, Business Operational Risk - Commercial Clients

    Job Description
    1. Assist the Head, Process & Governance and the Business Head in coordinating, driving and directing effective compliance and operational risk management at the Business Unit level.
    2. Implement controls within the business unit to meet all regulatory and internal requirements.
    3. Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities and timely resolution of risk issues.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. To be the source of reference within the business unit in facilitating and promoting the understanding of Operational Risk and compliance requirements.
    2. Lead and support implementation of Operational Risk initiatives for the business unit.
    3. Proactively communicate with the Head of Process & Governance and the Business Head on operational risk issues. Escalate significant events to Head, Process & Governance/Business Head as appropriate.
    4. Coordinate and consolidate Operational risk and loss reporting of the unit for the reporting to the Head, Process & Governance, BORG and Business Unit Head. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
    5. Design and implement control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and operational risk management. Ensure effectiveness of controls for compliance monitoring and risk management.
    6. Undertake and/or coordinate periodic business monitoring (self-assessment) activities within the business unit and escalate findings and or breaches to the Head, Process & Governance, BORG and Business Unit Head when they occur.
    7. Ensure risks and issues identified are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
    8. Implementation of OR framework or other relevant OR initiatives.
