  • Becker Industrial Coatings is a global coatings company with Europe-wide and globally leading positions in coil and special coatings.

    We are looking for:
    As part of our expansion in West Africa, Becker Industrial Coatings is interested in recruiting a results oriented General Manager to be based in Nigeria who will be responsible for day to day production and operation of the factory.

    The qualifying candidate should comply with the following:

    Nigerian/West African National
    Paint background and knowledge
    Chemistry (BSc) background will be advantageous
    High integrity and honesty very important
    Must have experience as General Manager/Factory Manager
    Will be located in Lagos/Ota area
    Age 35+
    General business skills
    A little financial management will also be advantageous
    Be able to work independently and under pressure
    The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with the Sweden Trade Council in Johannesburg

    The Job
    Set up of new production facility
    General support to sales team and customers
    Meeting production targets
