Dedusting System Engineer (REF: DSE)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
To coordinate and work with team of PM, CCR, electrical, instrumentation, production engineering to ensure effective dedusting of plant operation. • Plan work order allocate job to team, fulfill LOTOTO and other safety requirements. • Obtain feedback for work order, ensure timely completion of task and adherence to safety standards. • Coordinate and assist mechanical supervisors. PM team members, CCR, production engineer, shift leader for normal • operation and maintenance activities. • Plan for manpower availability in conjunction with Human Resources and Administration Departments. • Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safely standard within stipulated time frame. • Practice various techniques for RCA and keep record of critical maintenance activities for future reference and guidance. • Close work order executed with information relevant to the history other equipment.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in dedusting systems, function & maintenance of rotating equipment is required for the job. • Must be computer literate, conversant with cement manufacturing process. • Must be able to trouble shoot and propose corrective actions. • Must be able to work under pressure and possess communication, leadership. supervisory, presentation and analytical problem solving skills. • Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience. Experience in cement industry will be preferred.
Spare Parts Planner (Ref: SPP)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
To analyze maintenance work for ensuring availability of spare parts/tools needed. • Prepare time & cost estimates for work orders, and define specifications of work contracted with electrical/mechanical heads. • Control cost, analyze budget for labour, materials and investment for best quality of services. • Reduce/eliminate unsafe conditions for workers, contractors. equipment by supporting safety programmes, using appropriate techniques and trainings. • Update information on CMMS and generate specification for the purchase of required parts. • Manage spare parts codification and support periodic review of spare part stock. • Update work plans with spare part needs.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• B.SC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Must be computer literate, conversant with hydraulic & pneumatic circuits, gearboxes. transmissions, welding techniques, lubrication, mechanical non-distinctive testing, function & maintenance of equipment (crusher, stacker, reclaimed, raw mill. belt conveyors and auxiliary equipment) • Must possess communication. negotiation and analytical problem solving skills. • Minimum 0-15 years post NYSC technical experience. Experience in cement industry will be preferred.
Electrical Inspector (REF: EI)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
To plan the inspection of equipment & applications, generate work orders based on the result of inspection, undertake first analysis and define priorities. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of plant equipment condition, tracking, measuring & analyzing trends in order to identify electrical maintenance needs and ensure nigh level of equipment operation. • Inspect all plant equipment using inspections level 1 and 2 during running and shutdown conditions. formalize Inspection reports and monitor critical plant equipment. • Evaluate and improve preventive maintenance work plan Using expertise and recommendation of manufacturer. • Propose alternative ways of extending the life of plant equipment, contribu1e to failure analysis and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain close communication with production department In order to obtain feed-back of operating conditions of equipment. • Close work orders executed with information relevant to the history of the equipment.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

JOB PURPOSE/SPEC1FICATlON:
