    Document Controller

    Main Accountabilities:

    •     To carry out control and coordination is all Technical document and Correspondence in connection with all projects and expediting timely review, receipt, distribution and dispatch of project documentation and to ensure data log update for maintenance of proper records and archiving
    •     Recommend proposals for creation, review and update of procedures for registration and control of documents in line with client requirements of document control procedures - assure consistency in compliance with company Asset and Information Management (AIMS) objectives
    •     Carry out, receipt, distribution and dispatch of all documents required for the effective and timely implementation and close out of Project Development Requests to realize company objective of effective project delivery
    •     Maintain and update correspondence data information logs for Records and archiving and maintain custody of Project Specifications, Manuals, etc to ensure immediate availability and retrieval of information to support company information management system
    •     Assist to develop Project Document Control Procedures in-line with the requirement of PD quality Management System and ensure that all relevant quality assurance and control processes in document control are adhered to in projects in order to achieve seamless handover of project documents in line with company’s project close out objective

    Requirements
    Education:

    •     A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant course
    •     A relevant professional Certification would be an advantage

    Experience:

    •     A minimum of 6 years post graduation experience out of which three (3) years must have been spent in the Document Control Unit in the Oil and Gas Sector

    Project Service Engineer

    Main Accountabilities

    •     To give effective project services support to the client project portfolio Management and carry out Project monitoring and control to ensure successful execution of projects for the realization of the client business objectives
    •     Provide Project Services support for all projects across in contribution ti the d5 , .‘n of projects iii tintc and within Budget
    •     Perform quality compliance checks for Simple Engineering Changes (SEC) packages and co-ordinate the issuance of timely reports on SEC implementation status and close-out to ensure compliance with the established procedures during implementation of SEC’s
    •     Co-ordinate Project Department’s data information, management and reporting including all governance reviews and approval stages and aspects of the whole portfolio of projects
    •     To administer and maintain the perfect databases and their dedicated activities required for the realization of good project controls and administration

    Requirements
    Education:

    •     A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
    •     A relevant professional Certification should be an advantage

    Experience:

    •     A minimum of 5 years post graduation experience out of which three (3) years must have been in Project Engineering or Project Services Function in the Oil and Gas industry

    Environmental Engineer

    Main Accountabilities:

    •     Ensure efficient management of the Environment and Maintain PP protect Environmental performance that conforms to ISO 14001. Project EIA/Specifications, company EMS & Legislations
    •     To monitor and ensure that Contractor’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities meet Client projects and company objectives
    •     Provide technical advice to ensure that all project related waste is managed professionally, cost efficient and in-line with company waste management philosophy
    •     Liaise with HSEQ to ensure that company is indemnified in all project waste items donated to communities
    •     Conducts regular inspections of all the HSE aspects of the various contractors to monitor their HSE activities

    Requirements
    Education:

    •     A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
    •     A relevant professional Certification would be an advantage

    Experience:

    •     A minimum of 7 years post graduation experience out of which (5) years must have been in a similar position in Environmental Management Works on construction projects, Plus EMS auditing
