    QA/QC Coordinator

    Key aims and objectives

    •     To ensure that Nigerdock has efficient and robust processes for the respective sites and projects.
    •     Ensures the handover and delivery of all completed, documents meet project milestones, data and models/systems/databases in accordance with Client, Company and statutory requirements.
    •     To ensure that the Company implements and operates state of the art document control systems and processes which add value and meet the needs of the company and its clients.
    •     Directing and managing the QA/ QC in a manner that achieves project quality requirements within the cost and scheduled targets set by the company.
    •     The Responsibilities of QA/QC Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:
    •     Participate with the Quality Manager in the preparation of the QC Surveillance Plans related to the EPC scope of work.
    •     Assist the QA/QC team to review the Contractor’s QA/QC Documentation such as Quality Plan ITP QA/QC Procedures etc. related to EPC work.
    •     Ensure the implementation of approved Quality Plan, ITPs & Test Procedures, which are developed by Contractors for the EPC scope of work to be executed both during the detailed engineering phase and fabrication and construction phase.
    •     Provide necessary coaching and support to the Discipline QC Inspectors to ensure that all inspection and testing with Hold and Witness Points are adequately attended.
    •     Monitor the performance of ND QC Staff on-site during the implementation of the approved Clients/ND Procedures & ITPs.
    •     Participates in the implementation of the Project’s Audit/Surveillance Program.
    •     On a basis of monitoring data and Audits issue and follow up in Nonconformity Reports NCR Corrective Actions Requests (CARs) and Preventive Action Requests (PARs).
    •     Give necessary support to the QC Staff as per approved QA/QC Organization Chart involved in the execution of EPX work, to adhere and commit to the Project QA/QC plans and procedures and assist them if necessary during the quality surveillance activities.
    •     Provide technical and administrative direction to field staff responsible for performance appraisals goal setting training and quality of function under their leadership.
    •     Produce audit schedule to cover work scope & subcontractor surveillance.
    •     Be able to develop and train ongoing Nigerian Content (QC Personnel).
    •     Develop and manage project/supplier specific interfaces.
    •     Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues, Coordinate and chair QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects Personnel & QA/QC.
    •     QA/QC Coordinator should have a Minimum HNC in a relevant Engineering / Inspection Subject.
    •     Relevant NDE knowledge with a minimum PCN/CSWIP RT Interpreters (VI) Certification.
    •     CSWIP Level III (3) / 3.2 Inspection Certification.
    •     Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC which includes experience in Man-management of Non expatriate Nationals.
    •     Should be having minimum 10-15 years of experience in handling similar role.
    •     Able to demonstrate and be familiar with the following standards AWS D1.1/ASME & Total specifications.
    •     Excellent Communicator

    NOC Engineer (Intermediate)

    Key aims and objectives:
    The aim is to monitor system conditions, documents any changes made to networks, constructs a procedural manual for handling network problems and maintaining network security. Working as a member of a small team on a three shift basis, the main duties of the post will include, but not be limited to, the following: ·

    •      Monitor performance of customer services including production of performance reports, alarm analysis and fault resolution and liaison with customers and third parties.
    •     · Support Operations management in the commissioning, maintenance, expansion, upgrade and monitoring of the company’s telecommunications equipment and fibre   optic infrastructure including production of change reports. ·
    •     Support Operations management in maintaining the integrity of the Rack Centre’s Comms room ensuring security, power supplies, UPS, fire protection, suppression and air conditioning systems are maintained and operational. ·
    •     Support Operations management with customer connection/expansion including network capacity checks, ensuring suitability of customer’s CPE and installation, testing and commissioning of Ethernet, SDH and DWDM cards. ·
    •     Support Operations management with the configuration, upgrade, maintenance and day to day management of the company’s Communications Network Management and Element Management systems. ·
    •      Provide out of hours standby cover to customers in fault situations on a rotational basis. ·
    •      Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on Rack Centre's systems and networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution). ·
    •     Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for colocation, leased lines, customer backup and other customer network services).
    •      Maintenance of technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.

    •     Ensures robust tools and - where relevant - technological platforms are in place to support customer environment and best service solution ·
    •      Motivates, develops and mentors other service delivery employees and managers where relevant ·
    •      Maximizes Channel Partners growth opportunities ·

    Commercial Administration Manager

    Administration

    • Provides administrative support to the MD and Business Development team including diary management, collating papers, ensuring data and information required to deal with business opportunities is collated and available
