Job Description
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Answer or refer inquiries.
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintain security by following procedures; monitor logbook; issue visitor badges.
Maintain telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Qualifications
At least HND degree is required.
2-5 years experience needed.
Good Listening skills.
Must be patient and friendly.
Ability to resolve conflict needed.
Good problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal relationship skills.

Job Description
Assist human resource department in maintaining workflow in the organization as well as involvement in implementing new training policies.
Assist in developing HR policy and procedure manual for organization.
Identify and participate in career fairs.
Assist in running reports and creating presentations with the data.
Job Qualifications
An understanding of recruitment (experience in recruitment or related field preferred)
Pursuing a degree in Business, Human resource management, Ind relations personnel and any other related field.
Excellent time management skills.
