    Regional Sales Manager

    Our Regional Sales Manager will deliver operational excellence in the Region by category, channel and customer within Regional Business Plans.

    To succeed in this role, you must be an effective team leader, who can direct the region to achieve business results through a strong drive and passion for success.

    Other Responsibilities

    •     Develop Distributor Business plan for each customer in the territory.
    •     Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Region.
    •     Establish coverage plan for Distributor in assigned territory.
    •     Regularly review performance and contribution with the Distributors.
    •     Communicate and ensure realization of Priorities.
    •     Manage relationships between retailers, wholesalers, distributors and Nestlé.
    •     Accountable for forecast accuracy for the region and effective management and control of allocated Trade Funds.
    •     Implement promotional activity in line with the brand strategies.
    •     Accountable for implementing company plans of market penetration and numeric distribution in a sales region.
    •     Regular review of regional structure and requirements and manage the Infiltration and Ex Filtration of cross border activity.
    •     Prepare Monthly Regional Report with all essential elements.
    •     Liaise with Business Partners to keep abreast with Industry development.
    •     Monitor/Submit market intelligence information.

    What it takes:

    •     Bachelor’s Degree or Higher qualification in any field of study
    •     Must have more than 5 years of Sales/ Marketing experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
    •     Highly numerate with an understanding of finance for non-finance.
    •     Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
    •     Good Computer skills- Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms.  Power Point.

    Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and must be willing to work in any part of Nigeria.

    Accounting Assistant

    As an Accounting Assistant, you ensure all payments and journals are correctly and promptly captured in the general ledger in order to facilitate preparation of correct and reliable Financial Statements at the end of the accounting period.
     
    Other Responsibilities

    • •             Ensures that all equity, money market and government securities transaction are duly and promptly captured in the investment application systems
    • •             Ensure that fund’s bank accounts are duly reconciled and attend to any reconciling items arising therefrom.
    • •             Ensures correct coding of all payments and journal vouchers for both investment and non-investment transactions, and correctly capture all in the General Ledger.

    What it takes:

    • •             BSc degree or HND in Accounting/ Accountancy (Minimum of Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit).
    • •             Must have 1 to 2 years relevant accounting experience.
    • •             Excellent attention to detail
    • •             Highly numerate
    • •             Good Computer skills- Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms.  Power Point.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • •             Detail the Nestlé Infant Nutrition range of products in assigned territory with the aim of obtaining prescriptions.
    • •             Develop relationships / partnerships with medical / paramedical contacts / institutions through effective communication and / or support of activities in line with WHO Code, local Code or Nestle Instructions.
    • •             Conduct periodic trade checks to ensure product availability, market hygiene, completeness of product range and report competitive activities, stock level and prices.

    PROFILE:

    • •             BSc degree in any of these disciplines (Minimum of Second Class lower) Medical Sciences and  Human Nutrition.
    • •             2 years relevant Medical detailing experience.
    • •             Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • •             Excellent Knowledge of Food & Nutrition with emphasis on Infant Nutrition.
    • •             Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • •             Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
    • •             Possession of a Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive long distances (Interstate)
    • •             Excellent Computer skills.
    • •             Good Planning and Organization Skills.
    • •             Ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision.
    • •             Strong Drive and Passion for business results.

    Candidate applying for the position of Medical Delegate must be willing to work in any State in the advertised region of Nigeria.
