Role    
Reporting directly to the Partners, the Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing legal services delivery in the firm and ensuring quality assurance.

The key roles of the Senior Associate include to:
?    Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
?    Lead and co-ordinate the corporate finance and capital market transactions of the Firm.
?    Lead and co-ordinate the corporate governance, company secretarial and regulatory compliance services of the Firm.
?    Provide legal opinion on issues as may be required
?    Manage subordinates and supervise their deliverables.
?    Manage clients and relationships with clients.

Minimum Requirements
?    Second Class degree in Law from a University and the Nigerian Law School
?    Relevant post graduate degree(s). Other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
?    Minimum of 7 years relevant and robust post-call work experience in a law firm or legal department of a business organization.
?    Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, transaction structuring, corporate governance and company secretarial services, corporate finance and regulatory compliance.
?    Attributes of Professionalism, Integrity, Team work and Leadership.
?    Computer Literacy.
