    Travel Counselor Intern (NYSC)

    Job Description

    • We require the service of a Travel counselor in our Lagos office at Ikeja. Ideal candidate must be a current Youth Corps member in Lagos. Corps members in need of place of primary assignment (PPA) should apply.

    Key Objectives

    • Understanding clients travel requirements and asking relevant questions to gather as much information as possible.
    • Outline all options regarding possible destinations, flights, car rentals, accommodation, and exchange rate, as well as discussing issues like safety and immunization with clients.
    • Meticulously capturing all clients information into the database
    • Booking flights and accommodation and arranging car rentals base on clients specifications
    • Ensuring clients are provided with itinerary and schedules where required
    • Answering all clients questions and addressing complaints as soon as possible.
    • Reporting to the Head of Travels
    • Keeping all clients information strictly confidential
    • Providing friendly service and building a professional relationship with clients

    Job Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any relevant field (from any recognized university)
    • with a First class or minimum of 2:1
    • Age: 21-24yrs
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Little experience in the travel industry and good geographical knowledge may be advantageous
    • Strong computer literacy
    • Strong telephone and email etiquette
    • A personable matter and sharp attention to details
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be a male applicant
    • Must reside around Ikeja or be willing to make the commute

    Marketing Intern (NYSC)

    Job Description

    • We require the service of a marketing intern (NYSC) in our Lagos office at Ikeja.
    • Ideal candidate must be a current Youth Corps member in Lagos. Corps members in need of place of primary assignment (PPA) should apply.

    Key Objectives

    • Analyze current and past expense budgets, sales, products deficiencies, and revenues. This enable him/her to provide recommendations for the company's growth and resolution of problems.
    • Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
    • Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by the company's products and services. Following them up so as to close the business deals
    • Respond to queries and complaints from customers as regards the company's products. This should be done in a timely manner.
    • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers.

    Job Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any relevant field (from any recognized university) with a First class or minimum of 2:1
    • Age: 21 - 24 years
    • Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing
    • Customer service skills

    Accounting Graduate Intern (NYSC)

    Responsibilities

    • Managing financial transactions
    • Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
    • Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
    • Reporting on company's financial health
    • Ensuring timely financial transactions

     Requirements:
