    Sales Coordinator

    Requirements

    • A minimum of HND from a reputable institution.
    • A minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in the FMCD or Electrical industry.
    • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office etc.
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • A team player with high level of dedication

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver the monthly sales targets for his territory (station and Outskirts).
    • Achieve availability of our products at the Dealer’s outlets.
    • Identify, create, and execute opportunities with Dealers to increase Sales.
    • Effectively Manage the resources allocated for Sales operations of his assigned territory.
    • Prepare, Execute and Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales plans for the territory
    • Responsible for Distributor management and effective use of allocated resources.
    • Liaising with management and customers for effective Sales and Placement of our products.
    • Market supervision - Price Check, Competition check, new developments in market, etc.
    • Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory with the Branch Manager.
    • Monitor Distributors' turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that the various SKUs are available

    Procurement Trainee

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practices with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards, and costing
    • Draft an appropriate service level agreement to properly evaluate the performance of suppliers, and report on this regularly.
    • Work with internal stakeholders/ staff to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
    • Responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment, and supplier performance
    • Maintain contracts with vendors review inventory and update as required
    • Receive orders from various departments, Initiate and keep track of orders
    • Receive, inspect, distribute orders, and reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with supplies.
    • Maintain good relationships with suppliers/vendors and renegotiate prices regularly.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a BSC/HND in an Engineering field or someone who studied Marketing with 2 years experience in sales in the FMCG is desired.
    • Computer literacy qualification is essential.
    • Proven ability to utilize and develop computerized spreadsheets and word-processing applications
    • Procurement/Inventory Software and Accounting Software experience is a plus
    • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Attention to detail.

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate sales team (Branches across Pan Nigeria) by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information on regular intervals
    • Prepare and maintain sales and performance data in .xlsx and ppt format and present reports
    • Handle the processing of all Sales orders with accuracy and timeliness on the company’s software.
    • Inform clients/ team of unforeseen delays or challenges.
    • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements on regular basis
    • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
    • Ensure self and team for adherence to company policies

    Requirements

    • A minimum of B.SC/HND from a reputable university.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office etc.
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
