    Sales and Growth Specialist- Talent Pipeline

    About the Role:

    • As a Sales & Growth Specialist in the Talent Pipeline, you will be at the forefront of the efforts to identify potential leads, build strategic partnerships, and secure placements for our upskilled data engineering consultants.
    • Your role is pivotal in achieving the Talent Pipeline's goals of relocating and placing candidates in permanent & project roles in Europe.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough company research and profiling to identify potential leads interested in data hiring needs.
    • Run targeted email campaigns and follow-up activities to generate interest and secure partnerships with organizations looking to absorb our talent.
    • Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to understand candidate skill sets and align them with the needs of potential clients.
    • Build and maintain partnerships with intermediary recruiting agencies to facilitate talent placements.
    • Cultivate relationships with IT companies for potential partnerships and talent absorption opportunities.
    • Work closely with existing clients to understand their ongoing talent needs and provide solutions through our upskilled consultants.
    • Lead the Sales & Growth Team in achieving the goal of relocating and placing candidates in permanent & project roles in Europe. 

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tech or recruitment industry.
    • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market trends.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
    • Knowledge of the tech job market, recruitment processes, and industry trends.

    Sales and Growth Manager- Talent Pipeline

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.
    • Previous experience as a Sales and Growth Manager in Recruitment or talent matching is a plus
    • Experience in cross boarder sales and growth initiative
    • Advanced knowledge of B2C and B2B sales and growth strategy.
    • Experience in identifying profitable B2C and B2B sales opportunities and potential customers.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyze challenges and propose innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software or sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and establish industry partnerships.
    • Self motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.
    • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyzing and expanding business leads towards sustained growth.
    • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
    • Evaluating and improving B2C and B2B sales and growth strategies.
    • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
    • Analyze D2B Talent Pipeline processes for efficiency and effectiveness
    • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in companies and develop a long-lasting relationship with them.
    • Develop a database of current and prospective clients
    • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
    • Identifying new B2C and B2B clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
    • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
    • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports and provide regular updates to the management.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive and organized client database using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales and growth initiatives.

    Data Analyst Assistant Trainer

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related roles 
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis, such as Python, SQL for data querying, manipulation and validation
    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with hands-on experience using these programming languages 
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes
    • Excellent data visualisation skills with a track record of creating insightful dashboards
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
    • Any experience teaching/training people is a plus

    • Assist Lead Trainer in taking detailed educational course content on Data Analysis Courses 
    • Create engaging training course content (such as code examples, quizzes and activities)
    • Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use training materials 
    • Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback

    DevOps Engineer Assistant Trainer- Tutor

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2 years experience as SRE/DevOps Engineer 
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
    • Experience with Infrastructure as a Code, preferably Terraform and CFT and deployments.
    • Experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and workloads is a plus
    • Ability to build robust CI/CD pipelines
    • 1+ years of experience in AWS DevOps
    • Strong scripting skills using Bash, or similar languages
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
    • Any experience teaching/training people is a plus
