    Regional Coordinator

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Regional Coordinators for various African countries.
    • The Regional Coordinators will play a pivotal role in expanding TSM's footprint in their respective regions by coordinating activities and effectively driving enrollment for our diverse portfolio of programs.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to penetrate the market effectively.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including educational institutions, government bodies, corporate partners, and individuals to drive enrollment and partnerships.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each country to increase brand visibility and attract potential participants.
    • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities to showcase TSM's offerings and engage with prospective students and partners.
    • Enrollment Management: Oversee the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to registration, providing guidance and support to applicants to ensure a smooth transition into TSM programs.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and enrollment strategies, tracking key performance indicators and providing regular reports to management.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Academic departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of operations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or education sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
    • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
    • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages spoken in African countries is a plus.

    Graphic Designer Intern

    Position Overview

    • We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to assist our Marketing team in producing high-quality visual content.
    • The Graphic Designer Intern will be responsible for creating captivating designs using various tools, managing web graphics, and assisting in video creation to support our marketing efforts.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including social media posts, infographics, brochures, posters, banners, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Web Management: Assist in the design and management of web graphics, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all online platforms.
    • Video Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging video content for promotional purposes using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
    • Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality standards and reflect the brand identity of TSM, making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
    • Research and Trends: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and digital media to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.
    • Documentation: Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility for future reference and use.

    Requirements

    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with web design principles and experience using web design tools/platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) is a plus.
    • A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work and/or video editing projects is required
