    Regional Business Manager

    About You

    • As a Regional Business Manager you will be a business leader managing a designated area with the key responsibility of ensuring regional profitable growth, attainment of sales revenue through planning, execution and management of a Team.
    • This will entail consistently achieving set sales targets and growth plans for the region, building strategic relationships that will deliver a pipeline of sales growth, oversee regional opex costings and developing an effective Team.
    • The RBM will be completely responsible for driving new growth in the target region.

    This role reports directly into the Head Of Sales and there is opportunity for significant growth into the various leadership roles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead in the formulation of the tactical sales strategy, business plans implementation programs and budgets within the designated region
    • Provide leadership and direction; and optimize Route To Market (RTM) and partner development aimed to deliver numeric growth and increase account revenue
    • Oversee the Regional Opex Management focusing on optimizing key cost drivers and deliver profitability
    • Champion the Member Experience agenda within the region to deliver top of class experience on the after sales touch-points
    • Champion brand visibility within the region through excellent account & relationship management
    • Market intelligence - be the go to person on the region market insights and develop strategy to counter competition growth
    • Engage and manage Employees performance, capability and capacity development through coaching and field accompaniments

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Minimum degree in a business field acquired from a reputable university
    • Minimum of 5-8 years hands on experience in managerial jobs in Service or FMCG/Telecom/Insurance/renewable energy industry within the North West region (having worked there) will be an added advantage
    • Must be very fluent in Hausa and other relevant local languages
    • Must be resident within the Northern States and have a deep knowledge of the region
    • Demonstrated ability of developing and leading a sales team that exceeds expectations
    • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets and building partnerships
    • Demonstrate problem solving capability - ability to create win-win situations while deriving desired numbers and outcomes
    • Commercial acumen - demonstrate ability to build business concepts from ambiguity and deploy within short periods of time to achieve high level of success
    • Willingness to spend an average of 4 days a week in the field
    • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting and exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality

    Credit Sales Officer

    About You

    • We are looking for a smart Credit Sales Officer to join our versatile Lending Operations Department to help achieve our Member objectives.
    • You will be saddled with the responsibility of scaling our loan portfolio by creating credible loan accounts for new Members as well as collaborating with other departments to contribute to the overall success of the Organization.

    This role reports directly into the Head Of Lending and there is opportunity for significant growth into the various roles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Loan sales and mobilization  for new account
    • Provide customer service to ensure Members have all relevant information about Prospa loan products
    • Assess Members business and cash flow status
    • Work with the bank collection agents to ensure prompt repayment
    • Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
    • Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
    • Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores)
    • Maintain updated records of loan applications
    • Follow up with Members about loan renewals
    • Monitor progress of existing loans

    Skills & Experience

    • 2-3 years field sales experience as a Credit Sales Officer, Loan Officer or similar role in MFI or MFB
    • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Customer service experience
    • BSc\HND in any field

    • Must be available to start work no later than 14th April 2023

    Recovery Officer

    About You

    • You will be saddled with the responsibility of doing immediate follow up on delinquent loans and existing overdue loans as well as collaborating with other departments to contribute to the overall success of the company.
    • This role reports directly into the Head Of Lending and there is opportunity for significant growth into the various roles.

    Key Responsibilities

    •   Keep tracking outstanding debts
    •   Plan course of action to recover owed money
    •  Locate and contact debtors
    •  Handle Members' questions or complaints
    •  Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
    •  Meet monthly debt recovery targets
    •  Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions

    Skills & Experience

    • 3 to 4 years of experience as a Recovery Officer
    • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
    • Good knowledge databases
    • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
    • Team player
    • Strong time-management skills

    Key Requirements

    • Must be available to start work no later than 14th April 2023
