    Patrol Rider

    Responsibilities

    • Job holder will patrol all beat with Motorcycle.
    • Coordinate all labor, equipment and material resource requirements needed at client sites.
    • Ensure the strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of the Company, reporting same to relevant authority
    • Provide support to other guards working at client site.
    • Coordinate and oversee patrols to allotted locations and perform security walkthroughs of client’s sites, while making necessary observation and submitting reports.
    • Coordinate the patrols to allotted locations and conducting physical checks on the guards by assessing their turnout on a daily basis, making necessary updates.
    • Oversee the monitoring of the daily log book (DLB) and the attendance register at locations.
    • Oversee and ensure the prompt delivery and return of correspondence
    • Generate reports as applicable (daily and weekly activities and situation report)
    • Daily update of time sheet in the beats and prompt of same to the Accounts department.
    • Build excellent client relationship between the Company, operatives and the clients.
    • Assist in monitoring, detecting, remediate, and contain security threats, including security systems administration and security incident response.
    • Assist in overseeing the recruiting, deployment and training of highly qualified security operations personnel.
    • Manage the operational routine of each shift, which includes; arranging cover for abandoned shifts and absentees, ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.
    • Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special ops, survey and clients report)
    • Attend to clients complaints with timely interventions and escalate to superiors immediately
    • Monitor and evaluate operatives’ performance and ensure training needs identified (to be recorded in monthly Care Visit Reports).
    • Efficient management of corporate and individual client accounts

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND / OND with minimum of 5 years work experience.

    Human Resources / Administrative Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Perform administrative support duties, such as maintaining employee database, performance reports and communications.
    • Manage recruitment, scheduling onboarding tasks, processing employee for deployment and managing communications
    • Prepare files and forms for new employees and update employee status.
    • Sort and update records, dispose of old records properly and contact employees to update their information and other key documents.
    • Act as liaison officer between the HR department and the rest of the organization.
    • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
    • Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
    • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
    • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
    • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
    • Managing the firm’s front office

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Personnel Management and Business Administration.
    • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
    • Candidate must have strong communication skills
    • Must be extremely organized and motivated to work in a fast pace organization.
    • Must have the ability practice discretion at all time with private information at her disposal.
    • Candidate must be knowledgeable about organization as soon as coming onboard and the various procedures for hiring, promoting and terminating employees.
    • Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people’s problems
    • Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications

    Generic Skills Required:

    • Communication Skills, as candidate will communicate with varying levels of authority.
    • Software Skills, you must possess competency in a range of office software and tools.
    • Teamwork, you should be interested in people management and understanding the psychology of team dynamics
    • Conflict Resolution, remaining impartial, providing correct information and manage conflict situations.
    • Research, excellent research skill is top-priority
    • Proactivity, ability to recognize potential problems and have them resolved before they occur.
    • Analytic Skill, must be able to incorporate data analysis for better decision making.
