    Project Manager

    Job Description
    An energetic, highly resourceful Project Manager is needed to provide precise coordination and support across client's project life cycle from design to planning, scheduling toward the execution of the project.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Effective communication and negotiations management with all relevant project's stakeholder and shareholders.
    • Project Leadership.
    • Data collection and analysis.
    • Project planning, trucking, updating and corrections.
    • Project budgeting, cost analysis.
    • Ensuring all projects' deliverables are on-time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
    • Reviewing and advising regarding technical feasibilities.
    • Problems solving skills.

    Technology Manager

    Our client

    Our client is a technology & business solutions company that provides subscribers with access to emergency response services. They are looking to fill the role of a technology manager who will be responsible for managing the technology department of the company. He/She will work with the Executive Management to grow the company’s business through the use of technological resources using an active and practical approach and also ensure the company’s strategic goals are attained through executing the strategic plans of the Technology unit.

    Job Description

    • Work with executive management to refine and lead the implementation of the technology vision and lead all aspects of the company’s technological development.
    • Develop, direct and manage the execution of the technology department goals in relation to the company’s overall strategic focus.
    • Plan and oversee the development of the company’s technology.
    • Lead the procurement and onboarding of technology service providers.
    • Development, execution and monitoring of a data security/disaster recovery plan.
    • Put processes and procedures in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information on the company’s data and servers.
    • Identify and utilize business intelligence tools to detect trends, patterns and activities to enhance the performance of the company.
    • Effectively communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Evaluate and recommend applicable and beneficial technological tools
    • Develop & Oversee the backend of the company's online presence.
    • Oversee the workings of the technology department, through planning, goal setting and employee motivation.
    • Work closely with management to develop, document and validate technological and business concepts for products and services
    • Plan, coordinate and assist with user interface, user experience and graphic designer's efforts to ensure cohesion with the company’s corporate identity and brand manual.
    • Review, recommend, establish, and manage vendor relationships.
    • Conduct code reviews and specification conformance testing.
    • Oversee and establish quality assurance and acceptance criteria.
    • Oversee and establish an application deployment process.
    • Monitor web analytics regime to ascertain site traffic.
    • Implement technical requirements for Internet marketing and search engine optimization.
    • Integrate customer service and support with the software engineering process to support resolution of customer issues and improve application usability.
    • Optimize current platform (platform review, fix bugs to current products, and implement low hanging fruits)

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience of which 3 must be in a management position

    Cashier

    Our Client

    Our client in the Hospitality industry seeks to hire  cashiers who will conduct sales of the restaurant’s products to customers and deliver excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a warm reception to all customers upon entrance into the restaurant, and always.
    • Assist the other front of house staff to ensure that the lobby area is always properly sanitized and appealing to customers.
    • Present restaurant menus and provide clarity to customers in selecting food/beverages.
    • Take orders and serve orders.
    • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
    • Collaborate with other restaurant staff to process and serve orders swiftly.
    • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
    • Escalate customer complaints to the restaurant Manager where the issue can’t be resolved by them.
    • Issue bills and accept payment.

    • Inform the restaurant manager of any products that are frequently requested by customers but aren’t sold by the restaurant.
    • Ask for feedback from customers from time to time.
