    Machine Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
    • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
    • Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines
    • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
    • Test operation of machines periodically
    • Fix issues that might occur during the shift
    • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
    • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
    • Maintain activity logs

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a machine operator
    • Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
    • Understanding of production procedures
    • Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
    • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
    • Analytical skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Teamwork and communication skills
    • Physical stamina and strength
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.

    Mechanical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for planned maintenance routines of all machines and equipment.
    • Keep a record of breakdowns and maintenance works to reduce downtime by suggesting and implementing correct user processes and training.
    • Must report the condition of all machines and spares required for smooth functioning of plant equipment.
    • Select and develop a correct training program for subordinate mechanical technicians.
    • Suggest modifications and alterations for reducing downtime and increasing the performance of plant equipment.
    • Responsible for indicating training requirements for subordinate engineering staff and operators.

    Competence & Skills Required

    • BSc / Degree in Mechanical engineering with a minimum of five years' experience.
    • Full mechanical knowledge of all equipment in utility/process/production plant.
    • Should be able to handle all breakdowns and maintenance related to workshop and mechanical.
    • Should have basic knowledge of power distribution.

    Processing Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a first responder to production line (PET or Sachet) questions, issues and concerns.
    • Provide pertinent follow up information to production managers, maintenance team and quality assurance team.
    • Champion safety protocols in all activities, participating in improvements to safety standards where appropriate.
    • Adhere to SOPs to elevate process control and minimize variability from operator to operator. Provide edits and improvements to SOPs, as needed.
    • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of environment and equipment in accordance with QA/QC standards, implementing improvements where appropriate.
    • Fill shifts as necessitated by vacations, staffing levels, necessary overtime.
    • Ensure all equipment is operating safely, at maximum efficiency and maintained to the highest standards by supporting the maintenance department schedule. Submit work orders as necessary for equipment.
    • Support initiatives to ensure minimal waste during manufacturing.
    • Own assigned continuous improvement effort and report progress and track improvements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of direct supervision of manufacturing operations team and/or engineering education and experience.
    • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment.
    • Proven experience running a production line and implementing quality assurance schemes.
    • Experience working in PET and Sachet Production Lines.
    • Experience working on carbonation.
    • Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team and to maintain positive morale in the workplace.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Professional beverage experience is a strong plus.
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Display both a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude.
