    Job Description

    Sales Support and Logistics WA:

    • Shipment, customs process and delivery follow-up
    • Receiving customers delivery claims and clarification with all stakeholders
    • Purchase orders to internal and external suppliers
    • Export/Import documents verification
    • Delivery follow-Up
    • Import follow-up
    • Warehousing
    • Stocks management
    • Division Point of Contact with Local Indirect Purchasing team for Needs, quotes and orders transmission and follow-up

    Logistics Partner for West African Countries:

    • Quotes requests to international freight forwarding companies
    • Quotes clarification, negotiation and approval for goods transport
    • Shipping follow-up
    • Imports process follow-up and support with local LOF team
    • Export operations execution and follow-up
    • Shipping documents verification, amendment and approval
    • Goods Delivery supervision

    Administrative Responsible, Processes Management and Audits:

    • Administrative responsibilities
    • Division cars fleet management (Insurance, technical check-ups, replacement and fuel cards follow-up) & Space management

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management    
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

    Sales Engineer

    Job Description

    • Business Development of Bosch Industrial boiler sales and service in Nigeria
    • Search for leads to generate offers in the country
    • Direct management of customers in area of intervention
    • Coordination of existing partners
    • Generate reliable data/reports regarding the country and foresee future necessities (Sales and Service)
    • Research for Market Information: key players by product range, market volume and market share
    • Support project development and implementation
    • Regular market and customer visit in the defined country
    • Responsible for pricing, margin and profitability of the division through sales
    • Responsible for promoting the brand throughout the territory
    • Ensure the collection of receivables from sales
    • Project Monitoring Manager

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, electronics, electromechanics, automation and any other equivalent fields with proven experience in the sale of industrial equipment
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
