    As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead innovative digital strategies and campaigns to amplify the global presence of our diverse roster of artists. You will be responsible for driving digital growth, revenue optimization, and brand visibility across various digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Growth Strategy: Devise and execute robust digital strategies aligned with commercial objectives to drive revenue growth across all digital platforms. Constantly identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends.
    • DSP and Streaming Optimization: Lead strategic initiatives for streaming platforms, manage digital account partnerships, and orchestrate successful launches of music releases across online streaming platforms.
    • Digital and Influencer Advertising: Oversee PPC and social media advertising, craft engaging influencer campaigns, and create activations to generate excitement and awareness for releases.
    • Content Management and Audience Development: Develop and implement compelling digital marketing strategies to build artist brand identities globally. Employ SEO tactics, manage web analytics, and strategize multi-channel approaches.
    • Social Media and CRM: Lead social media strategies, analyze campaign KPIs, manage community engagement, and cultivate direct partner relationships across major social platforms.
    • Data Analytics and Insights: Analyze streaming, sales, and social data to adjust marketing strategies, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to drive continual improvements.

    Qualifications

    • 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating and updating reports.
    • Immersed in Afrobeat, hip-hop, Rap, and R&B culture with established relationships in the industry.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and exceptional project management skills.
    • Self-driven with excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and collaboration tools.
    • Thrives in both team environments and working independently.
    • In-depth knowledge of music applications and internet platforms.

    • Membership in a professional association is a plus.
