    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
    • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
    • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
    • Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
    • Prepare and manage outgoing mail
    • Check, sort and forward emails
    • Monitor office supplies
    • Make supply orders when needed
    • Monitor and update records and files
    • Monitor and log office expenses and costs

    Requirements and Qualifications 

    • 1 year of experience as Front Desk Executive or similar role
    •  Hands on experience with office machines (e.g printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills

    Accounting Manager

    Job Description

    • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage the finance and accounting functions of the company.
    • You will maintain the books of accounts, prepare financial statements, monitor the budget, and maintain effective internal cost control system.
    • You will perform financial analysis of company results, identify opportunities and highlight risks and generate other operating reports.

    Other responsibilities will include:

    • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role
    • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
    • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
    • Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
    • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
    • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
    • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
    • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
    • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
    • Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
    • Prepare timely reports for presentation and submission to management.

    Requirements

    • Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ post qualification requisite experience.
    • You must be credible and trustworthy. You must have high level communication and influencing skills
    • You must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
    • Highly numerate and analytical with a practical approach to problem solving, you must have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed.
    • You must have strong leadership skills, high levels of personal energy and the credibility to operate effectively and influence at all levels, both internally and externally
