    Production Lead

    Job Description

    • We're seeking a skilled and adaptable Production Lead to join our team in Awka, Anambra State.
    • This role requires strong leadership abilities to oversee production processes, ensuring optimal operations and resource utilization.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
    • Manage production teams to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet production targets.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies for process improvement and cost reduction.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and ensure reliability.
    • Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in project management and problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

    Sales Order Analyst

    Responsibilities

    Inventory Control Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Officer at our facility in Awka, Anambra State.
    • The Inventory Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, movements, and adjustments.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
    • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely inventory receipt and storage.
    • Handle inventory issuance and returns, resolving any discrepancies.

    Operations Supervisor

    • Share daily report with the management team on production metrics, downtimes and performance during his shift.
    • Facilitate seamless transition between production operations during shift changes
    • Ensure production output is consistent quality standards.
    • Maintain production documentation and oversee equipment operation and maintenance.
    • Manage and coordinate the work of production workers.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure adequate staffing and training to support ongoing production.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with technical background.
