    Senior Quality Analyst

    SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB ASSIGNMENT

    Ensure that the quality of the company products complies with quality, statutory, and regulatory requirements. The Ideal candidate must have experience in a feed mill plant.

    MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure all Laboratory activities/personnel align with Good Lab. Practices and hygiene standards
    • Monitor and ensure proper sampling of inflow (raw materials, premix, A.G.O etc.) is carried out according to sampling procedures and that analysis of such is done concerning compliance to quality standards and specifications.
    • Ensure that all analysis reports are updated online and on time for rejections/rebates/acceptance.
    • Coordinate with Stores Department in proper upkeep and storing norms of different raw materials.
    • Ensure that all batches of raw material issued to production for milling conform to acceptable quality parameters.
    • To monitor and carry out in-process checks/ production processes during operations.
    • Obey all company policies, rules, and regulations.
    • Ensure that finished goods produced conform to the defined specifications before dispatch.
    • Ensure audits on Good Manufacturing Practices on the shop floor are done every month.
    • Ensure that calibrations of equipment are done as at when due and reported
    • Ensure overall supervision of both personnel and laboratory equipment in the lab.
    • Ensure optimum hygiene on the shop floor/working areas to avoid cross-contamination of finished products.
    • Provide proper training for laboratory staff (permanent/contract) periodically and document the same.
    • Maintain proper documentation with regard to compliance.
    • Monitor and ensure samples are prepared and sent along with proper coding/ naming and other relevant documents, as and when required.
    •  Implement/carry out any other task as assigned by your superior officers.
    • Maintain good industrial relations with workers by working as a team.

    SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT

    • Comply with the conditions for the health, welfare and safety
    • Get acquainted with the company’s Health, Safety and Environment policy
    • Ensure that working conditions and environment are in line with the company policies
    • Comply with the use of personal protective equipment as applicable in your work area

    Prevent workplace first aid injuries (incident) accidents and fatalities by:

    • Reporting all near misses and unsafe acts in your department and the plant premises
    • Participating in periodic hazard identification and detailed risk assessment in your work area as applicable
    • Complying with the use of a permit to work in your work area for non-routine and hazardous tasks as applicable
    •  Reporting all emergencies in your work area as applicable

    Prevent environmental pollution by:

    • Complying with laid down procedure on solid and liquid waste management
    • Promoting waste segregation at the workplace and educating colleagues on waste management
    • Disposing of solid waste according to the marked waste bin provided in your work area
    • Ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy always

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Level of training: HND/B.SC CHEMISTRY, BIOCHEMISTRY, MICROBIOLOGY, FOOD SC & TECH OR OTHER RELATED SCIENCE COURSES.
    • Technical competencies: Good numerical skills, attentive & observant
    • Behavioural compétences : Good work attitude, Discipliné

    Crisis Management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Relations, Business).
    • 5-7 years experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability within the petrochemical or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of environmental regulations, ESG frameworks, and sustainable business practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex community and sustainability challenges.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

    Project Manager (Housing Ecosystem)

    Job Description

    The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project office of the housing ecosystem to give leadership and direction required to ensure the translation of the Bank’s strategic plan documents to achieve its objectives. He / She will manage the budget, timeline, and resources to deliver a sustainable and affordable housing ecosystem.

    He / She will create a framework that can be replicated by other ecosystems to bridge the housing deficit in the country by the end of the Bank’s current five-year strategic plan.

    The project manager is responsible for the end-to-end value chain management of the housing ecosystem.

    This includes the activities that go into the set-up, acquisition of required human and material resources, development of required partnerships and collaborators in the public and private sectors.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide leadership for the effective delivery of the four major components of the housing Ecosystem.
    • Translate the strategic plan into a sustainable business plan and lead the execution of the same.
    • Development of an appropriate organogram.
    • Identification and selection of the right candidates to lead each of the four major components of the housing Ecosystem.
    • Hiring of personnel to manage the seventeen activities of the housing ecosystem.
    • Must possess broad knowledge of the four major components of the housing Ecosystem and their subcomponents.
    • Identification of orchestrator for the platform that will support the four major components.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • An MBA/MSC Finance
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, 3 – 5 years of which should be in the finance or relationship management sector.
