    Engineering & Project Management Storekeeper

    Job Summary:

    • We are currently looking to hire an experienced Engineering & Project Management Storekeeperfor one of our clients in Cashew production and export.
    • The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking equipment and materials, and ensuring that all items are readily available for engineering and project management teams.
    • This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Regularly update the inventory database to reflect current stock levels.
    • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment.
    • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals.
    • Verify the quality and specifications of received items.
    • Organize and maintain the storage areas for easy access and efficient retrieval of materials.
    • Implement and enforce proper storage procedures to prevent damage or loss.

    • Proven experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role, preferably in an
    • Engineering or project management environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software.
    • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and suppliers.
