    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented International Relations Analyst to cover business news from the US and European regions. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting on business news, market developments, and economic trends across the United States and Europe. Your role will involve conducting in-depth research, producing high-quality written content, and engaging with key stakeholders to provide valuable insights to our readership. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and report on business news, market trends, and economic developments across the United States and Europe. 
    • Produce high-quality written content, including articles, reports, and analyses, focusing on the Nigerian business landscape in the regions. 
    • Conduct interviews with local entrepreneurs, business leaders, and industry experts to gather insights and perspectives. 
    • Monitor and report on regulatory changes, policy developments, and market dynamics affecting Nigerian businesses across the US and Europe. 
    • Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of content delivery. 
    • Engage with our audience through various platforms, including social media, to foster discussion and interaction. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in English Language, Mass Communication, Journalism, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 
    • Proven experience in journalism, reporting, or related roles. 
    • Strong understanding of business environments, economic indicators, and market dynamics across the United States and Europe. 
    • Must understand macroeconomic subjects and have knowledge of capital markets. 
    • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in English Language, Mass Communication, Journalism, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 
    • Deep understanding of financial markets, economic principles, and business trends, particularly within the Nigerian context. 
    • Proven experience in financial journalism and blogging and a strong portfolio of published work. Alternatively, candidates should have worked in the research department of an investment firm, bank, or any financial services company, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial markets and economic principles. 
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail 
    • Strong leadership and management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of effectively leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Proficiency in digital publishing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. 
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. 
    • Commitment to upholding high editorial standards, integrity, and professionalism. 
    • Must understand macroeconomic subjects and have knowledge of capital markets and the business environment in general. 
    • Age between 35 and 45. 
    • Ambitious and ready to lead an African-centric business media company.
