    Procurement Manager

    Primary Purpose of the Job

    • The Procurement Lead will have full responsibility for the company’s overall purchases and is expected to create concrete and continuous year on year savings on the company’s total expenditure with 3rd party vendors.
    • To design and implement company procurement policies & strategies towards the achievement of corporate objectives.
    • To formulate sourcing plans for all categories of goods and services which provide the opportunity for strategic buying.
    • To take control of vendor relationships, forming strategic partnerships and ensuring the company’s best interests are served in all vendor interactions.
    • To be aware of new contract acquisitions, taking responsibility for helping to achieve cost saving commitments relating to each contract.
    • Lead the company’s procurement team in procurement best practice, innovations & strategic sourcing, providing appropriate mentorship and training to create a high achieving procurement department.
    • The Procurement Lead manages the relationship with the Operations team and other heads of functions to ensure their procurement needs are fulfilled and balanced in line with business needs.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
    • 5-8 years procurement management experience.
    • Certificates in Supply Chain & Projects.
    • Facilities Management experience is desirable.
    • Ideally have worked across multiple geographies and will display a high degree of market insight and strategic orientation.
    • Knowledge of financial modelling and insight driven analytics to guide the procurement strategy.
    • Understand the three strategic thrusts: Suppliers, Analytics & Commodities.
    • Be goal oriented and innovative to ensure our company’s is at the forefront of Procurement as a key value contributor to the organizational bottom line and strategy achievement.
    • Understand the private equity environment to enable success. Tsebo is a low margin, high labour and very distributed organization.
    • Demonstrate track record of strategic sourcing; leading negotiations and cost leadership.

    Human Resources Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The HR Officer plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's growth through effective HR management. They will be responsible for implementing the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, providing administrative support in accordance with company standards and procedures.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
    • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address HRrelated issues, promote diversity and inclusion, and drive organizational effectiveness.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively recommend improvements or changes as needed.
    • Handle other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • BSC / HND in Human Resources or other related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment and personnel management
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Candidate must be able to resume immediately
